Staynova Properties was founded by a husband and wife team based in Manchester. Our founder brings years of hands-on construction experience — giving us something most property managers simply cannot match.
We have an established network of trusted builders, plumbers and tradespeople. When something needs fixing, it gets fixed — quickly, properly and at fair cost. We take full ownership of maintenance so our landlords never have to worry about it.
We manage properties across Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham — every property inspected weekly, cleaned professionally and fully maintained in-house.
